Audience Participation

The board recognizes the value of public comment and the importance of involving customers or members of the public in the meetings. To permit fair and orderly expression of such comment, the board will provide a period during the meeting when visitors may make: 

• formal presentations, limited to five minutes,

• seek clarification, or

• discuss non-agenda items, limited to the three minutes.
