Water Service Connection Waiting List: When the District does not have the capacity to provide additional connections to the District’s water system, a waiting list is established. Any property owner who wishes to be placed on the Waiting List shall apply to the District using this application. This category of application is not intended to create a contract. The District acknowledges it is not agreeing that any amount of water will be available in the future.
