On May 21, 2026, the Juniper Beach Water District (JBWD) Board of Commissioners passed Resolution 2026/5-2, which amends our previous temporary freeze on new water service connections.

WATER SERVICE CONNECTION APPLICATIONS
All applications for water service will be completed online. There are no paper forms available.
There are three separate and distinct applications regarding water service:
Water Service Availability Inquiry: This is used when checking if water service is available at a location. Inquiries are limited to a period of one year and is not a guarantee or representation by the District that any particular amount of water will be available in the future.
Water Service Connection Application : This application is for those desiring a new water service connection, or transferring a water service connection to a new property owner, or an existing customer wishing to update their customer information associated with their water service.
Water Service Connection Waiting List: When the District does not have the capacity to provide additional connections to the District’s water system, a waiting list is established. Any property owner who wishes to be placed on the Waiting List shall apply to the District using this application. This category of application is not intended to create a contract. The District acknowledges it is not agreeing that any amount of water will be available in the future. Only complete this application when instructed to do so by JBWD.
