To be eligible to to work on Juniper Beach Water District roster projects for small construction related or small engineering/architectural projects, you will need to apply for free at www.mrscrosters.org and select Juniper Beach Water District in your application.

Business Registration
Business Verification of Eligibility: Businesses may complete the free online application at anytime, but to be listed in MRSC Rosters, they must meet the minimum requirements for joining a Washington State local government roster.
Twice Weekly Reviews: MRSC reviews complete applications on Tuesdays and Fridays, so as long as the businesses meet the requirements, they will be listed with the public agencies they select within 2-3 business days. It is the public agency’s responsibility to perform due diligence to verify that a business meets requirements prior to awarding a project bid.
